We base an estimate for a local move on an hourly rate, stairs, fuel and long carries are a separate charge. Drive time for each leg of the move: from the moving company to your original destination, then to your new destination, and back again to the moving company are part of the hourly charge. Pricing for a long-distance move is based on a flat rate and or fixed pricing. Once we have taken an inventory of your furniture and other belongings, and identified a timeframe for delivery, we are happy to provide a binding price for your move. If you prefer, we can also price a long-distance move by weight.
No. An accurate estimate will be provided at walkthrough process. Stairs and long carry can add to the estimate as well as gas and long distance. Materials can also add to to the bill.
An 85% accurate estimate will be provided at the on-site walkthrough process or FaceTime walkthrough.

A deposit is a typical policy for most moving companies. Our deposit amount is reasonable. 25% of the move after walkthrough is completed.

As with other service industries, you may wish to thank your movers for a job well done by offering a gratuity. While the movers do not expect a set amount, we suggest a tip based on your satisfaction with your crew and the overall move.

Credit Card payments are accepted for moving deposit which will be 25% of initial estimate after walk through. Upon pick up and final deliver acceptable forms of payment are as follows… Certified bank check, personal check, money order, Zelle, cash, and PayPal.
